When almost two dozen candidates entered the race to become the Democratic Party’s 2020 nominee, it became inevitable that dozens, if not hundreds of campaign staffers would go through the heart wrenching process of unexpectedly losing their job when their candidate decided to end their campaign.

Unemployment is something that can never be made easy, but there are some best practices you can follow to increase your chances of quickly finding another position while also using all of the resources that may be able to help you financially.
