Inclusv is a community of talented staffers of color who want to begin or advance their career in politics. Our job as a community is to help break down barriers of access in hiring within the progressive infrastructure.
Partnering with Inclusv is easy–If you have a job opening, simply send it to PARTNERSHIPS@INCLUSV.COM and we’ll begin sharing it with our members via our social media platforms and our email list. Web links to job opportunities are strongly encouraged. All we ask in return is notification when you choose to interview, and in the best case scenario hire, talent we send your way.

- Several of our Partners regularly host trainings and job fairs. We’ll keep you in the loop in the event that your organization would like to participate.
- Our distribution list 100% self identifies as a person of color seeking their first or next job in politics & advocacy.
- Resume matching: New resumes from job seekers are uploaded to our website every week. As we receive and review them, we’ll keep an eye out for staffers who have the skill set that you’re looking for.
Training: We can offer professional development trainings, including resume workshops and Q&A panels for your staff (including staff who will be off-boarding post-election day), interns, or seminar attendees.
