Job prospects aren’t necessarily the greatest when you’re 8 and a half months pregnant and have moved to a new state. However thanks to Inclusv and their weekly Opportunity list email, I was given access to quality job openings in my field. I can confidently say that if it weren’t for the Inclusv network and their advocacy on my behalf I wouldn’t have had the platform I did to shine in front of my hiring managers. Now I proudly serve as the State Organizing Director for Planned Parenthood of South East and North Florida due in large part to Inclusv’s commitment to bridging the gap between talented professionals of color and employers.
