Inclusv understands the unique needs of employment at the intersection of human resources and civil rights. Through the integration of workforce development training within the context of employment inclusion, I was able to understand which components were more personally important to implement, such as salary negotiation. My confidence for applying to jobs soared after completing the training and confusion about the lack of application responses was resolved.
